Pork Schnitzel with Black Olives in Marinara Sauce

Having determined that schnitzel works best with a simple pork fillet, the next step is to develop a sauce. But rather than go through the effort of making something from scratch – isn’t the schnitzel enough? – I tried a shortcut with marinara from a jar, along with some sliced black olives. Not bad.
