Dolsot bibimbap is a Korean dish. Essentially the same as bibimbap, but served in a sizzling hot earthenware bowl – dol (stone) + sot (pot) – that warms the components and toasts the rice at the bottom.
I’ve always regarded bibimbap as a salad of sorts, so the idea of warming it up never really appealed to me.
