Yuk hoe is a Korean dish. Consists of raw beef, julienned, seasoned with sesame oil and a touch of soy sauce, tossed with pear and cucumber, topped with a raw egg yolk.
Not really my thing.
Baekje is a Korean butcher/restaurant. Landmark. Famous for yuk hoe. The beef comes chilled, providing a nice bite and avoiding the slippery texture of the raw meat. A platter consisted of 500 grams, plus the veggies and egg, all for 30,000 won.
