On her final evening with us, Nanny 5 announced that she would be cooking something special as a gesture of gratitude for the past 3 months. This is what she came up with. In a prior post, I’d discussed the “somewhat peculiar” culinary traditions of ethnic Koreans from China, like our nanny (see 1.251 Pork and Cauliflower Stir-Fry).
Anyway, for various reasons, good riddance.
