Lamb Masala Wrap

Still trying to finish off that infernal lamb ass that I’d purchased in bulk from Costco a couple weeks ago (see 3.179 Lamb Masala with Basmati Rice).
I improvised an Indian-style wrap. I started with grinding the meat, which is a bit tough as is. Masala seasoning is ideal for lamb, especially gamy lamb such as this. Plus grilled onions and melted cheese, tumeric-infused basmati rice, shredded romaine, and a sprinkle of sambal olek chili sauce and minced parsley. Not bad, with room for significant improvement that could elevate this dish to at least 3.5.
