Essentially the same dish as yesterday (see 3.193 Lamb Masala Wrap), only without cheese and tortilla but with scrambled egg and corn.  Next time, with cheese and tortilla, with scrambled egg, as well as a yoghurt sauce that I have yet to develop, and maybe some kind of grilled/mashed potato, this could come dangerously close to replicating the famous-but-now-apparently-extinct Moroccan sandwich from Itaewon (see 1.085 Maakouda Sandiwich).  Stay tuned
