Spaghetti in Tomato-Parmesan-Lamb Sauce with Black Olives
-Oksu, Seongdong, Seoul, Republic of Korea-
I’ve never encountered lamb in a pasta sauce, but I gave it a try. It didn’t really work, the meat being too strong in flavor. The good news is that this was the last of the lamb, finally. I’m sick of cooking it, eating it, writing about it.
