Rabokki is a Korean dish. It combines RA-myeon noodles with ddeok-BOKKI – the term is a portmanteau of the two. The dish is a popular item at quasi-fast food restaurants, especially among young women, for some reason.
Typically, the rice cakes for ddeokbokki are cylindrical, but I was using leftovers from the New Year’s Day ddeok guk, which are typically flat and thin.
I’ll post a recipe if ever I get to a point where I feel confident about it.
