Wings and Ribs in Tangy Sticky Glaze

I improvised the marinade from bottles rattling around the fridge: sukiyaki sauce + nanbansu sauce + ponzu sauce + oyster sauce + sesame dressing + anything soy and/or sweet and/or sour.  Combined and simmered until reduced to a tangy glaze.

I deep-fried the wings and broiled the ribs, then brushed them with the glaze.

They turned out okay, maybe a bit too tangy.  And the glaze made everything kinda sticky.
