Lemon-Rosemary Chicken Breasts & Bell Pepper
-Oksu, Seongdong, Seoul, Republic of Korea-
The breasts were lightly pounded to a thickness of about 1 cm to facilitate quick and even cooking, pan-seared to create a nice crust fr a crispy exterior and seal in the moisture for a juicy interior. Generally not a fan of rosemary, but I’ll take anything that enhances flavor in the absence of salt and fat.
