Lemon-Pepper Chicken Breasts & Cabbage

An impromptu dinner party at LHS/YYH’s, I brought a package of chicken breasts and cooked them on site, along with slices of white cabbage that I found in their fridge.

Lemon juice and cracked black pepper helped me to imagine flavor in the absence of salt and fat (okay, a drop of vegetable oil to get the stir-fry going).
