Chogye Tang
2.5
at Pyeonglaeok
-Jeo, Jung, Seoul, Republic of Korea-
solo
Although I’m not a huge fan of the mul naeng myeon at this restaurant, I came back to try the chogye tang, the first time that I can recall seeing the dish on a restaurant menu. The chogye tang was served in the same broth as the MNM, perhaps a bit tangier, along with noodles + strips of chicken + sliced cucumbers + radish + lettuce, somewhere between a chilled noodle soup and vegetable salad. It was okay.
