Chicken Thighs with Buchu in Soy-Garlic Sauce

The only aspect of this dish relevant to the diet was that the thighs came from the same birds that had provided the breasts for recent meals. Otherwise, it was a mess of sodium and oil in the classic cooking style of Korean-Chinese old ladies.
