Paotsin is a Chinese restaurant.  More like a food stall – in fact, located adjacent to the food court – only difference being the walls and dedicated tables.  Serves dumplings and noodles, everything premade and reheated upon order.

Absolutely atrocious.  I ordered the so-called Shark’s Fin, their “best seller,” knowing that they don’t actually contain any shark’s fin.  What it did contain was crap.  Couldn’t get past the first exploratory nibble.  Rule 2.0.
