Eating my way through the restaurant’s entire menu, currently at 222 items.

Tasted 7 new items tonight, bringing the total to 22 items tasted thus far, 200 items remaining, averaging 5.5 items per visit, on pace to finish at TEITY 41.

Garlic Shrimp Spring Roll (3.0)
Steamed Gailan with Garlic (2.5)
Braised Special Seafood in Pot (3.0): good but not particularly special.
Singaporean Original Hokkien Clay Pot Seafood Noodle (1.5)
Roasted Peking Duck (1st way) (2.0): pink streaks in the meat suggest brining of some sort, which tasted kinda odd, but the skin was decent.
Roasted Peking Duck (2nd way) (3.0): the remaining meat was minced and stir-fried with vegetables, served with lettuce wraps.

The highlight of the meal was the Lapu Lapu with Chopped Chili.  The server recommended that we go with the pricier but tastier tiger grouper, which turned out to have a delicately sweet flavor and firm flesh, money well spent.  It came in a tangy soy dressing, topped with chilies, not very spicy, just a slight kick.  Unlike any fish dish that I’ve ever experienced, yet immediately familiar.  Awesome.
