Eating my way through the restaurant’s entire menu, currently at 222 items.

Tasted 5 new items tonight, bringing the total to 38 items tasted thus far, 184 items remaining, averaging 4.8 items per visit, on pace to finish at TEITY 47.

Fried Spareribs with Garlic (2.0)
If you like fried garlic bits, this is your dish.
Braised Sea Cucumber with Dried Shrimp Roe in Abalone Sauce (0.5): indescribable, inedible.
Hainanese Rice (1.5): too much ginger.
Singaporean Kam Hiong Clams (2.5): interesting flavor, somewhere between XO and sambal.

By far, the highlight of the meal was the Beancurd Roll with Superior Sauce.  The sauce was actually a chicken-stock broth, lightly flavored with soy sauce and other seasonings, simple yet satisfying.  The beancurd rolls were chewy and tasty.  Within, a mix of minced pork and shrimp, tender and savory.  The dish could work as dimsum appetizer or starting soup or palate cleanser in between heavier stir-fried dishes later on.  A definitive contender for the permanent rotation.
