Eating my way through the restaurant’s entire menu, currently at 222 items.

Tasted 7 new items tonight, bringing the total to 54 items tasted thus far, 168 items remaining, averaging 4.5 items per visit, on pace to finish at TEITY 50.

Crab Roe Siomai (3.0): couldn’t taste the roe, but it presented a nice visual.
Radish Cakes with XO Sauce (2.0)
Clams with Spicy Wine (1.0)
Fried Hokkien Prawn Noodle (2.5): decent flavor, very eggy, but the noodles were kinda mushy for my tastes.
Mixed Vegetables with Soy Bean Sauce in Pot (1.0): don’t know what soy bean sauce is, but it wasn’t very good.

The Beef Tenderloin with Special Sauce was the highlight.  Lightly coated, deep-fried, served with a sweetish soy glaze.  Ridiculously tender, even for tenderloin (I should learn how Chinese restaurants do this, probably with some kind of chemical tenderizer).  Good flavor, if somewhat predictable.  A contender for the Korean WPRO staff menu.

Though I forgot to take a photo, we also ordered the Sichuan Hot & Sour Soup (1.0), which was bland, seafood bits a bit fishy.
