The other day, when I was explaining to a colleague that the vast majority of my meals are eaten in restaurants these days, she asked whether my blood pressure were okay. Eating out doesn’t necessarily entail junk food, but it does surrender control over preparation, high salt content being a particular danger, so the point was well taken.
My blood pressure is in fact somewhat high, but food is probably not the main problem.
