Pan-Grilled Salmon with Deep-Fried Cauliflower in Bravas Sauce
in my apartment
Tried to emulate the cauliflower that I’d encountered in Melbourne last year (see 5.340 Fried Cauliflower, Chili, Coriander). Didn’t get the oil hot enough, leaving the florets overcooked/oily by the time the surfaces started to brown. But it kinda worked in principle, should turn out better next time.
