Spaghetti with Bacalao in Anchovy & Roast Pepper Sauce
in my apartment
Another dish that I’m classifying as Spanish by virtue of its ingredients being Spanish (see also 5.364 Grilled Shrimp & Olives…), even though it’s probably more Italian.
I’m finding that anchovies and roast peppers make for a quick/convenient/cheap/tasty sauce base.
BTW, would somebody please acknowledge the precision knife work on the onions and carrots, prominently visible through the enlarged daily feature photo in the blog’s new format.
