Overwhelmed these days, increasingly by the day, in all aspects of my life, leaving ever little precious time and energy for GMTD, I am grateful for meals that don’t require much/any comment.

Whereas my kimchi fried rice, usually okayish (see most recently 6.285 Kimchi Fried Rice), has always seemed to fall just a tad short, could never figure out why, I’ve finally discovered the missing element : gochujang (red chili paste).
