Grilled Sourdough with Emmental & Sun-Dried Tomatoes

At Lartizan yesterday (see 7.060 TERSP 3), I was overjoyed to discover a fine bakery, the first that I’ve encountered in Manila yet. When we move to One Serendra in a few months, this will be our source of bread.
My signature sandwich (see most recently 3.041 Grilled Cheese Sandwich…), done proper with the right type of bread. When the kids get here, this will go back into regular rotation.
