Lomo con Pimientos
at The Adriatico Arms
with MJK, TL, and various participants of the diabetes network meeting
Upon arrival at Casa Armas (see most recently 7.057 Pulpo a la Gallega), we were informed that a private party had reserved the entire place, then redirected to the hotel next door — under the same ownership — where we could order from the same menu.
The Lomo con Pimientos was okay. Pork loin (lomo) with red peppers (pimientos) and garlic in a light gravy. Good with bread.
