Geotjeoli — Chunky Parts Only
in my apartment
Same recipe as Batch 1 — except using only the chunky parts of the cabbage — so better texture — and fermented for a couple days — so deeper flavor (notice darker color) — but otherwise similar less-than-wow result overall.
- Batch 1 / Part 1 : geotjeoli (7.117 Geotjeoli) / 2.25
- Batch 1 / Part 2 : ggagdugi (7.118 Ggagdugi) / 2.25
As yesterday (see 7.134 Cabbage & Egg Stir-Fry in XO Sauce), I had a lot of leftover leafy parts, so I added them to the curry.
