So funny that IZ has his father’s face + mother’s body + father’s temperament, while DJ has his father’s body + mother’s face + mother’s temperament.  DJ may have gotten the better deal.
Crystal Jade Dining IN is the Philippine branch of the global chain (see also 7.096 Xiaolongbao).
While each location tends to be distinct, in terms of menu, price, decor, this one appears high-end.
Xiaolongbao (2.5) : slightly bitter, different than the ones in Korea, indicating that the chain’s recipes aren’t strictly controlled across markets,
Roasted Peking Duck (2.5) : just the meat, skin served separately.
Sautéed Scallops with XO Sauce (3.25) : best dish of the spread.

Although I should know better by now not to engage in any more “Try Every” projects, I’m tempted to try the top twenty restaurants in Taguig/BGC as ranked by TripAdvisor.  For now, I’m just tracking progress…
