Garlic Toast Crumbs

To accompany the beef stew, I’d prepared garlic toast. But way overseasoned, rendering the bread inedible as is.
Suddenly had the notion to grind the bread into crumbs and use them as garnish. Kinda worked, providing a savory-crispy-buttery-herby accent to the stew, now served with steamed rice. Will experiment further.
