Hap Chan is a Chinese restaurant chain. Founded 1997 in the Philippines. Currently 89 locations across the country.
The branch in Market! Market! is directly across from One Serendra, the closest restaurant to home on the east side.
The food was decent. Reminded me of a cheap neighborhood Chinese joint in the States, which isn’t a bad thing.
