In case I haven’t said it enough times: I hate eating outdoors.  I don’t mind when it’s an outdoor situation per se, e.g. camping, but in the middle of a city – a polluted city like Manila – at a hotel, with air-conditioned seating within, when it’s hot and humid outside – always hot and humid here – I’d rather not.
