La Chinesca is a Mexican restaurant.  Specializing primarily in fusion tacos.  Run by the chef who came to fame by Mecha Uma, a fusion Japanese restaurant in BGC (which I haven’t yet tried).

The food was excellent.  Every component was impeccable in quality, carefully prepared, thoughtfully combined, beautifully presented.

Makes me want to try Mecha Uma.
