Even though dogani (beef knee ligament) is not the house specialty, every post on this restaurant has featured some form of it.
The most basic form is suyuk (boiled).
Whether the dogani itself was not that good to begin with, or it was overcooked, the texture ended up mushy/goopy/icky.
