Hosted a party for colleagues.

First time trying to make these carrots, which is a common salad/appetizer/nibble served at Lebanese meals.  Better to cut the carrots into thinner strips to allow more lemon juice to be absorbed.

NN is the daughter a Mongolian colleague. She is not related to IZ, despite appearances.  They’re in the same first grade class at school.
