IZ needed blue food coloring for a school project.

Reminded of the Dr Seuss book, I added a few drops to the omelet roll I was making.  The blue combined with the yellow to result in an abominable blueish-green.  I’m pretty sure the color didn’t actually affect the flavor, but it certainly did affect the perception of flavor – we were all so grossed out that nobody could get beyond the initial exploratory nibble.
