Pork Belly Chili

Just when GMTD had been getting a bit predictable in the “by me” category, I come up with this improvised gem. Pork belly slices, pan-fried to a crisp, tossed in beef chili from a can (see most recently 10.104 Chili Dog Fries). Perfect harmony.
Next time, with the addition of chopped onions, maybe corn, maybe fresh parsley to balance out the meatiness, this could rate 4.0.
