This week, GMTD provides a daily look at the lunch offerings in our cafeteria.
- Day 1 (10.149 Beef Stew + Chicken Pandan + Chop Suey + Steamed Rice)
- Day 2 (10.150 Grilled Pink Salmon + (Veg-Only) Mongolian)
- Day 3 (10.151 Roast Chicken + Beef Sinigang + Steamed Rice)
- Day 4 (10.152 Corned Beef + Fried Egg + Garlic Rice)
As on Day One, my go-to meal of beef stew and vegetables with steamed rice.
Incidentally, I don’t always eat lunch by myself, even though this week was exclusively solo.
