Grilled Black Pepper Chicken

Perhaps inspired by our recent trip to Singapore, I finally got around to trying out a bottle of black pepper sauce that I’d picked up awhile back.  Rather than making it into a stir-fry gravy, I used it as a marinade for chicken parts and cooked them on the grilled.  It turned out okay, though pretty much like Korean galbi, just a tad more peppery.
