Reworking leftovers from the dinner party a couple days back (see 10.181 Gold Mountain Pork Belly).

What I Eat, Daily.
Again, I firmly believe broccoli stems are the best part! Far superior to those fiddly florets that get stuck in your teeth. Almost like a cheap version of asparagus.

Although the florets are good for sopping up gravy, like in an oyster sauce stir-fry.
