Somewhere between a budae jjigae (see for example 8.081 Budae Jjigae), a gumbo (see for example 5.191 Umm….Chicken Gumbo), and a bouillabaisse (see for example 3.171 Bouillabaisse) – mostly Korean in flavor.

Not trying to be clever, just looking to use up various ingredients that weren’t so great on their own.
