The potato ribbons didn’t stick properly to form a pancake.  Tasted okay.

The only benefit that this package provided was to spare me the hassle of peeling and shredding a couple of potatoes, and sprinkling salt on them, which I could’ve done in seconds.

On a positive note, I figured out that risoni works better when accompanied by something with structure, like broccoli, to provide contrast to the pasta’s softness (see for comparison 10.212 Risoni with Salmon and Asparagus in Crème Fraîche Sauce).
