My second attempt at tom yam goong/kung (see most recently 6.173 Black Pepper Giant Prawns), with help from an instant sauce/spice packet, plus loads of fresh shrimp and veg.
As a soup, it turned out a bit too sour, too salty. But as a sauce, it provided a nice seasoning for the shrimp and veg.
