At Va Bene, the polipo antipasto consists of thinly sliced octopus, topped with arugula and parmesan cheese, dressed in a lemon vinaigrette. Excellent.
Though never a fan of baked pastas, especially in creamy sauces, I ordered the dish – a special of the day – just to try something different.
