Galbi Sauce for Pork – Three Ways

Korean food brand Beksul produces a line of marinades for Korean-style barbecue. Three of the products – Galbi Sauce for Pork Galbi, Galbi Sauce for Beef, Bulgogi Sauce for Beef – all sweet and soy and garlicky, taste exactly the same. The Spicy Bulgogi Sauce for Pork is entirely different, spicy.
I used the Galbi Sauce for Pork Galbi to make LA galbi.
Not wanting to waste the excess, I tried it out as a sauce for shrimp and broccoli stir-fry and scrambled eggs with woodears.
Pretty good.
