Project Cook Every Silver Spoon Spaghetti (CESSS). To level up my skills in La Cucina Italiana, I will try the 11 recipes for spaghetti as featured in the seminal Italian cookbook The Silver Spoon (see The Silver Spoon). Spaghetti al Rosmarino (spaghetti with rosemary) is the 8th in the series.
I didn’t have fresh rosemary, as called for in the recipe, so I used dried. Because I don’t like eating rosemary needles, I sautéed them in olive oil to extract the aroma then discarded them.
Ultimately, the dish tasted like pasta in tomato sauce with a strong hint of rosemary. I was not impressed.
DJ’s lockdown hair could be interpreted in at least three ways.
