Ryeogi (려기) is a Korean-Chinese restaurant.

Another one of those commercial buildings filled with hagwons, adjacent to the building featured yesterday (see 11.178 Nalchi Al Jumeokbab).

Gganpung saewoo (깐풍새우)is essentially the same thing as gganpung gi (깐풍기), only with shrimp (saewoo).

At Ryeogi, the gganpung saewoo wasn’t very good.  The sauce was bland, not spicy/sweet enough.  The coating was all chew, no crisp, and didn’t adhere to the shrimp.  The shrimp were fine.

If only the kitchen would put a bit more effort into the dish itself, rather than the absurdly ornate and inedible garnish.
