Tang-Jja Myeon is a Korean-Chinese dish.  It comprises 2 existing dishes: tangsu yuk (sweet & sour pork) + jjajang myeon (black bean sauce noodles), served in a split bowl.

While jjam-jja myeon has been featured countless times on GMTD (see most recently 12.128 Hella Zzamzza), this is the first time featuring one of the many other split bowl variations.
