Dubu with Pickled Chilies
-Changgok, Sujeong, Seongnam, Gyeonggi, Republic of Korea-
The whole cake of dubu was simmered in water for a few minutes to warm it up, then topped with pickled chilies, plus the pickling juice as a sauce.
I should eat this, and only this, every day.
