According to the website:

The HUVUDROLL plant ball is the perfect choice for everyone who wants to make a more sustainable choice without losing out on the meaty experience.  The new plant ball is made with pea protein, oats, potatoes, apples and onion, but has the look, taste and juicy bite of a meatball. And not only that, the climate footprint is a mere 4% of its meaty counterpart.

On-line dictionaries translate “huvudroll” as “leading role” or “principal character.”  I’m assuming that it’s a metaphor to suggest that the plant balls are vanguards/innovators in the growing industry of plant-based meat substitutes.  Would that be right, GK?

In any case, they were okay.  I wouldn’t say that they taste like meatballs, rather like pleasantly squishy plant balls.  Not bad when slathered in gravy and jam, eaten with mashed potatoes.  I declined to buy any from the store.
