Using the same Prima Taste sauce base as before (see most recently 11.323 Chilli Lobster), the dish didn’t turn out as well. W had come home from the market with fresh abalone and squid, which inspired me to add frozen scallops and shrimps, and then cabbage and carrots (these days, I prefer to make all-in-one dishes for dinner, rather than making a separate protein dish, vegetable dish, carb dish). But it was all too much, in volume, so the sauce was spread too thin. At least the dish was super healthy.
