A second shot at T’Asia Kitchen’s Pu Phat Phong curry (see previously 12.126 Pu Phat Phong (Kari) with Shrimp & Bokchoy), this time with stir-fried peeled shrimp and scrambled eggs and frozen peas, plus a few dashes of fish sauce. Big improvement overall. The peas were the best part.
