at Rolling Pasta

As per GMTD posts, my protein consumption in October (1-30) was:
- pork and/or beef: 6 (20%)
- chicken: 1 (3%)
- seafood: 13 (43%)
- meatless (includes cheese, egg): 10 (33%)
- pork and/or beef: 3 (10%)
- chicken: 2 (6%)
- seafood: 17 (57%)
- meatless (includes cheese, egg): 8 (27%)
This marks a slight reduction in consumption of land-based fauna (down from 23% to 16%), but ultimately that’s just 2 fewer posts. I’d be happy if I could get land-based fauna down to 3 posts per month of (10%), and maintain meatless at 10 posts (33%), with the remaining 17 posts for seafood (57%).
Rolling Pasta is an Italian restaurant chain. Offers pastas and pizzas. Founded by uber restaurateur Baek Jong Won. Currently 96 locations across the country.
The brand’s marketing hook would seem to be value. Pastas, for example, range from 4,500 to 8,500 won. Such prices are extremely low in a market where pasta dishes typically cost around 15,000 won, often more than 20,000 won.
Most important, the food was good. Not great, but well worth the prices. Where else can you get a plate of decent tomato pasta for 4,500 won?
