Chicken Snack Wrap

After concluding the after-school cooking class in Q3 (see 12.314 (Unified) Quattro Pizza), IZ signed up for same class in Q4.

The first dish was a chicken snack wrap, comprising strips of chicken breast + bell peppers + dried cranberries + cheese + lettuce + mustard/mayo sauce, wrapped in a tortilla.

Although fine as is, I added pickled jalapeños + sour cream + cilantro + hot sauce, just to make it a bit more interesting.

Very, very nice.
